Q. How do I order?
A. Currently we do not have a shopping cart set up, but orders can still be made through the web. Simply send me an email though the “Contact Us” page or to lincolnandlexi@gmail.com with the Item #, Size, and any special custom requests for the items. (We can’t promise we will be able to accommodate to all requests, but we will do our best!) I will reply to your order request with in 24 hours with your order confirmation and grand total.
Q. How can I pay for my purchase?
A. We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, Check, and Cash.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We stand behind our 3 week turn around time from date of closing each host’s party.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. If you are unhappy with your purchase or find you need a different size we can apply a store credit or simply exchange your product. Sorry, but we do not offer refunds.
